The Global Awareness Project (GAP) is hosting the second annual “What’s Your Cultural Vision” art show on Tuesday, April 29th from 7 p.m. until 10 p.m. at 2001 Nightclub to highlight local area artists and to kickoff the 2008 calendar fundraising.
For the second year, GAP will bring together more than 40 artists who will display work throughout the entire club and live entertainment including music, theatre and dance as well as food from several local restaurants.
The event is free to the public with a $10 donation recommended at the door. The art show is the kick off fundraiser for the 2008 year. All proceeds will go to their 2009 “What’s Your Cultural Vision” calendar that will showcase student artwork from the Academy for Arts, Science and Technology and once again feature area non-profit organizations.
